“Gianna and Company considers one of our greatest assets to be our creative partnerships with award winning event professionals.”
Gianna and Company operates two distinct divisions: an exclusive portfolio of private estates available to event and wedding planners, corporate clients, and those seeking a truly unique and private event experience throughout the greater Los Angeles area;
and for clients hosting events at non–private estate venues, we are connected to a dynamic network of creative partnerships with award-winning event professionals — one of our greatest assets — allowing us to deliver seamless, elevated experiences from concept to execution.

At Gianna and Company, we believe exceptional events begin with extraordinary settings. We are proud to offer two distinct services: private estate rentals and event planning.
With over 20 years of experience spanning estate rentals, event production, coordination, and planning, we work alongside event planners, producers, and corporate clients to secure remarkable private homes for their most important occasions.
While event planning is available as a separate service, we intentionally keep it distinct from our estate rental business—allowing us to maintain focus, discretion, and a seamless experience for both our clients and homeowners.
Gianna and Company initially focused on event and wedding planning for a diverse clientele. Shortly after opening, a catering partner approached Gianna in search of a private home to host a 150-guest wedding. When suitable properties proved difficult to secure, Gianna stepped in to source the ideal setting. What began as a favor quickly evolved into a thriving private estate rental division—now a cornerstone of the company for more than 20 years.
From sourcing the ideal property and coordinating site visits to finalizing location agreements that reflect everyone’s needs and expectations, our team works closely with clients every step of the way.
