• what is your rental budget for your event- our estates start at 15k for guests counts under 100 persons

We charge anywhere from $35.00 to $65.00 per site visit.  Our clients pay our site reps directly. If you rent a private estate, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental. Before we show an estate, we send our clients a recap of the rental rates, fees for cleaning and site reps and the refundable security deposit.
