Once we have the information about your event, we can reach out to our homeowners and check on availability and rental pricing. Additionally, the homeowners can let us know if your event logistics will work.

We require event insurance at all of our event rentals. Our clients are allowed to use their own licensed event professionals. We do verify who the rental house and caterers are to make sure that there has not been any challenges in the past.

Together, once we determine which properties you wish to scout, our office will confirm everything in a viewing agreement for our client’s approval. We charge a small viewing fee to cover time and gas to view each property.  The fees range from $50.00 to $65.00 per site visit.

If our client rents one of our properties, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.
