How to Reserve a Private Estate

Gianna & Company has access to thousands of private estates throughout Greater Los Angeles. We work directly with clients and professional planners to identify properties that fit the style and practical requirements of each event.

To help us recommend the right estates, please provide your anticipated guest count, event type, event schedule, event style, setup and load-in needs, preferred location, transportation plan, music and entertainment requirements, and rental budget.

We also ask for brief information about the host or client and the professional planner coordinating the event.

Private estate rentals generally begin around $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary based on guest count, property usage, access hours, and homeowner requirements. Because most event infrastructure must be brought onsite, we generally recommend keeping the estate rental at approximately 25% or less of the overall event budget.

Scouting & Booking

Once we identify suitable estates, Gianna & Company provides a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count, event hours, access times, and applicable viewing fees.

If you book the property through Gianna & Company, applicable scouting fees are credited toward the rental.
