How to Rent an Estate:

• Please let us know your guest count
• What are the dates for your event
• What is the start and end time for your event
• Do you have a specific rental budget for the venue
• How will guests be arriving
• Will there be a band or DJ

Rental rates vary by homeowner.  Rates start at $15,000 for guest counts under 100 persons and go up. Our company charges a small viewing fee to scout properties. If you rent one of our estates, we will credit the fee off of your rental fee. Our owners allow setup the day before (limited access time), event day setup and the event and next day strike.
